Before booking a solar panel cleaning or maintenance job, nothing reassures more than seeing real work. This page gathers our cases with photos taken by the team itself on roofs across the province of Málaga and the Costa del Sol: hillside villas covered in dust and calima sand, tiled roofs in Vélez-Málaga, flat roofs with communication faults, and installations shaded by palms that needed optimisers. For each case we state how many panels were cleaned, what was checked or repaired and the price of the job, starting at 150 € excl. VAT for cleaning up to twelve panels. High in the olive hills above Loja stands a finca where the grid was never a comfortable option. The owners wanted to run the house on their own sun: lights, water pumps, kitchen, air conditioning and the deep well, day and night, without a generator rumbling in the background.
We started with the ground, literally: levelling the terrace, digging the footings and pouring concrete foundations for a galvanised frame that carries 28 Aiko 610 W panels at the perfect angle, clear of the olive trees. From there an 80-metre cable run reaches the technical area, where a 15 kW single-phase Deye hybrid inverter works together with 32 kWh of our own MTS battery storage.
The part the owners notice most is invisible: the ATS and EPS. If anything drops out, the system switches over by itself and the house simply keeps running — the fridge never blinks. The installation was built for this specific finca, with the option to grow the battery bank further as they move towards being fully self-sufficient.
Price range for a project of this scope, including groundworks, concrete, frame, panels, battery, inverter, 80 m cable run, ATS, EPS, materials and installation: 27.500 € – 32.500 €. At the customer's request we name the location only, not their name.

This hillside villa had a thick film of dust, pollen and calima sand on all 29 panels. We deep-cleaned every module and carried out a full maintenance check of the Huawei inverter system — so the installation produces at full power again.

This customer had no overview at all: the app showed nothing because a damaged communication cable meant consumption and production were no longer reported. We cleaned all 28 panels, repaired the cable, fixed the fault, migrated the system from Huawei to our own customer portal and set up a new login — everything delivered working, with full insight into yields again.

Palms, trees and several roof levels cast moving shade over this installation all day long. Shade on just one panel can drag down a whole string, so after deep-cleaning all 24 panels we added extra optimisers to the shaded modules. Each panel now works independently at its own maximum, so the system makes the most of every hour of sun.

On this tiled roof in Vélez-Málaga, dust, pollen and calima sand had built up a visible film over all 12 panels. We rinsed and brushed every module clean with pure water and a soft telescopic brush — no high pressure, no detergents — and checked mounting, cabling and yield while we were on the roof. The panels now face the sun spotless again.
