Private home in Coín: 6.48 kWp of solar with a 16 kWh battery
At a private home in Coín we installed 12 AIKO 540 Wp panels on a traditional tiled roof, connected to a 6 kW single-phase Deye inverter and a 16 kWh MTS low-voltage battery. Solar generation and local storage in one system.

How we built it
The project is a private home in Coín with a traditional tiled roof. On it we mounted twelve AIKO 540 Wp panels, adding up to 6.48 kWp of PV capacity, laid out on the roof plane with the longest sun exposure and following the line of the roof.
The technical side sits in the house's service area: a 6 kW single-phase Deye hybrid inverter, its DC and AC protections in a sealed enclosure, and a 16 kWh MTS low-voltage battery placed next to the inverter.
With this combination, the energy the panels produce is used in the house first; the surplus charges the 16 kWh battery instead of going straight to the grid, and that stored energy is available once the sun is gone. This is the usual approach when a good share of the consumption happens in the evening and at night.
We do not publish annual production, savings or payback for this installation: we only share figures when they come from monitoring data or the customer's real bills. The technical data on this page is that of the project as built.
