Main official requirements
Meeting this checklist does not guarantee an award. Eligibility depends on the applicant, the property, the project and the Agency’s decision.
The applicant must have no economic activity and fall within an eligible category.
The property must be a private home or residential building in Andalucía.
Solar PV and battery storage must form part of the same supported investment.
The equipment must be new and an energy audit is required before the work is carried out.
Battery capacity may not exceed 5 kWh for each kW of generation capacity.
Over a year, at least 75% of the energy charged into the battery must come from the associated renewable generation.
For subtype 1.3.1, the calculated grant must be at least €6,000.

Energy audit: from the first measurement to the application
Type 1.3 requires an energy audit issued before the investment is carried out, using the model published by the Agencia Andaluza de la Energía and signed by an energy services provider listed in the IDAE register.[F2]

We record actual consumption, available space and the situation of the home or owners’ association in order to size the panels and battery.

It must be issued before any work starts, using the Agency’s model and signed by an energy services provider on the IDAE list.[F2]
- 3Who may sign it
The rules require professional independence: whoever carries out the works cannot issue the audit. We tell you which document you need and who can provide it.[F2]
- 4Design within the rules
Panels and battery as one investment, new equipment, a maximum of 5 kWh per kW and a calculated grant of at least €6,000 for subtype 1.3.1.[F2]
- 5Online application
From 22 October 2026 at 09:00, through the Agency’s electronic portal, with a digital certificate in the applicant’s name.[F1, F6]
- 6After installation
The execution audit is issued once the works are finished; it contains the post-execution report with the new consumption figures, the energy saved and the CO2 reduction.[F2]
The cost of the prior audit counts among the eligible costs of type 1.3. The award decision and the justification deadlines belong to the Agencia Andaluza de la Energía.[F2]

Grant amount
55% base rate, up to 65% maximum
Increases are not automatic. They depend on official conditions such as specified direct environmental benefits, collective use or location in a demographic-challenge municipality. The percentage applies to eligible costs calculated using official unit-cost modules, not automatically to the full invoice.
