Applicant and property

Who would apply for the grant?
Is the property registered for residential use?
Is there any economic activity at the property?

This category is for applicants who do not offer goods or services on the market. A business, office or tourist operation at the property may affect eligibility.

Do you rent out the property, or plan to?

Renting out a home is not treated as economic activity in the rules and is no reason for exclusion. We ask so we can prepare your application properly.

This initial review does not guarantee an award.

The final decision belongs to the Andalusian Energy Agency. Mi Techo Solar does not guarantee that the grant will be awarded.

Where is the application filed? Exclusively online, through the electronic office of the Andalusian Energy Agency, with a digital certificate in the applicant's name. Open the official application portal. Mi Techo Solar prepares the project documentation and tells you what to attach.
