How we built it
The project is a home in Alhaurín de la Torre with a walkable flat roof. On it we mounted twelve AIKO 610 Wp panels, adding up to 7.32 kWp of PV capacity, tilted on an aluminium structure.
On a flat roof we do not drill into the waterproofing: the structure is ballasted with concrete blocks sized for the local wind loads, so the roof membrane stays intact and the whole array is held down by weight.
Generation is managed by an 8 kW three-phase Solplanet inverter, a good fit for homes on a three-phase supply, as it feeds the produced energy across the installation's three phases.
We do not publish annual production, savings or payback for this installation: we only share figures when they come from monitoring data or the customer's real bills. The technical data on this page is that of the project as built.
