About This Project

Complete hospitality energy project at Cantueso Cottages eco-resort in Periana (Axarquía, Málaga). We installed and integrated a large-scale solar system across multiple locations: 58 panels on the main restaurant building, 15 panels on the garden house and 60 panels on the parking carport, while reintegrating 30 existing panels into a new advanced inverter setup so the entire array works as one optimised system. To stabilise the energy supply and increase grid independence, we added a 150 kWh Livoltek battery storage system, allowing the resort to buffer self-generated power and use it strategically during peak demand or low production. A strong example of how smart integration of solar generation and battery storage delivers a future-proof, sustainable and efficient energy infrastructure for the hospitality sector. We also managed the full subsidy application process on behalf of the client, securing a 60% reimbursement on the total investment. This turned the project into a highly attractive investment with a significantly reduced payback period.
