In most of the homes we do, yes. If radiators are already fitted we check whether the circuit can run at low temperature; where the output falls short we swap only the radiators that need it for fan coils or low-temperature models rather than lifting the floor. The heat pump and cylinder go where the boiler stood, reusing the drain and most of the existing pipework. The job usually takes two to four days and the home is without hot water for hours, not days.
