Every town hall sets its own tax ordinance, so what you can claim in Mijas is decided by the ordenanza fiscal of the Ayuntamiento de Mijas for the current year. Article 74.5 of the Spanish local finance act (RDL 2/2004) lets a town hall grant up to 50% off the IBI property tax for self-consumption solar, for a number of years it sets itself. It only applies if the Ayuntamiento de Mijas has included it in the ordinance in force, so we verify the current text and the filing deadline, which is usually tied to the installation date and the cadastral reference.
Article 103.2.b of the same act allows up to 95% off the ICIO construction tax for solar installations. On top of the municipal rebates there is the national income-tax deduction for energy-efficiency works, where it is in force for the tax year, and the regional INEA 2026 grant from the Junta de Andalucía: 55% to 65% for solar with a battery, applications from 22 October 2026, and no support on the residential line without storage. We tell you honestly which of these is actually available on the day you sign, instead of quoting a grant that closed.

Contacté con ellos para la instalación de dos baterías Deye adicionales en mi sistema fotovoltaico y el servicio ha sido rápido, eficiente y muy profesional. Quiero destacar especialmente el trabajo de Santi, el técnico que realizó la instalación. Además de dejar las nuevas baterías perfectamente instaladas y funcionando, dedicó bastante tiempo a explicarme diferentes aspectos de mi instalación y resolvió muchas dudas que tenía. Se nota que conoce muy bien este tipo de sistemas y agradecí especialmente que me explicara todo de forma clara y sin prisas. Aprovechando la visita, también revisó el problema que tengo actualmente con un magnetotérmico C40 de la instalación, que está saltando cuando la demanda de la vivienda es elevada.
