FusionSolar app (SUN2000 / LUNA2000)
Huawei SUN2000 inverters and LUNA2000 batteries are managed with the FusionSolar app. The app has two entry points: your owner account (monitoring) and a direct local WiFi connection to the inverter (settings).
Safety first
- •Never open the inverter housing or touch DC wiring: dangerous voltages are present even when the system is off.
- •These steps are user settings only (WiFi, tariffs, restart). Any electrical work is done by us.
- •Smoke, a burning smell or a breaker that keeps tripping: switch off the AC and call us immediately.
Still stuck? We're one message away
Send us the brand, the serial number and a photo of the screen or error code, and our service team will pick it up. Mi Techo Care members get priority response.
