Real production
With 2,900-3,000 sunshine hours a year, each installed kWp yields 1,550-1,700 kWh in Malaga, Marbella or Estepona. A 5.5 kWp pergola covers a large share of a villa with pool pump and air conditioning.
Permits
Most municipalities treat a solar pergola as minor works with a responsible declaration. Protected land or historic centres need a prior planning report. We prepare the technical file and the legalisation with the Junta de Andalucia.
